Review: The experience with them was fantastic. I live out of state and had a tenant that lived in the property. There were a few issues with the tenant leaving some things behind but they worked with me and we came up with a resolution. I received payment from them incredibly fast after everything was signed and submitted! I would do business with them again if I was ever in the position to sell another home quickly.
